Fix bound cardinality of w-contractible ring

Another error. Of course the only point here is that there is some
bound, but it is nice to have it be correct.

LaTeX: \Ob

	Introduced a macro

	\def\Ob{\mathop{\rm Ob}\nolimits}

	and replaced any occurence of \text{Ob}( with \Ob(. There are
	still some occurences of \text{Ob} but these are sets, not the
	operator that takes the set of objects of a category.

LaTeX: \Sch

	Introduced a new macro

	\def\Sch{\textit{Sch}}

	and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Partial universe closed under monomorphisms of schemes

Isom sheaves in [U/R] are algebraic spaces
