	Introduced the macro

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Groupoids: Etale localization of groupoids

	This is fun, since we actually have a good theory of etale
	localization of schemes, and it more or less automatically gives
	good results for etale localization of (quasi-finite) groupoids

Groupoids: Finite flat affine equivalence has a scheme quotient

	This proof necessitated the addition of a techinical lemma on
	modules over semi-local ring and the statement of a lemma
	collecting facts on descent of properties of modules through
	faithfully flat ring maps

	We also included a more clear statement as to what it could mean
	for the quotient sheaf of a groupoid to be representable.
