Get rid of \begin{align}

Any equation which is numbered should have a label and this should only
happen for equation environments

Fixes for material flat modules

Fix for xyjax error on Tag 089G

The fix is to make sure there is no &\Spec in xymatrix
However, having this doesn't trigger the bug consistently.

Anyway, the easiest solution for now is to make sure every
& is followed by a space in the LaTeX files.
