Given a named theorem, such as Chevalley's theorem, we now code
this as
\begin{theorem}[Chevalley's theorem]
\label{theorem-chevalley}
and not as
\begin{theorem}
\label{theorem-chevalley}
(Chevalley's Theorem.)
