Clear modifications

I have fixed typos of mathematical symbols, incorrect reference number, a/an-errors, and missing hyphens.

Try to use L/K notation for field extensions

We could also try to consistenly use "field extension" and not just
"extension" and consistently use "ring extension", etc.

Typo in algebra

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Fix isolated point stuff

	It turns out that I was thinking about isolated points in the
	wrong way. Apparantly an isolated point is just what I would
	have called an open point and what I thought was an isolated
	point is a closed isolated point.

	Also added: A lemma stating that a morphism is locally
	quasi-finite if and only if it is locally of finite type with
	discrete fibres.

Fixing references

	This time we're fixing the type of the reference
