Introduced a macro

\def\Ker{\text{Ker}}

and replace all occurrences of \text{Ker} with \Ker

Cosmetic change

	Given a named theorem, such as Chevalley's theorem, we now code
	this as

	\begin{theorem}[Chevalley's theorem]
	\label{theorem-chevalley}

	and not as

	\begin{theorem}
	\label{theorem-chevalley}
	(Chevalley's Theorem.)

Clarification proof ZMT

Simplification of proof ZMT

	This actually cleans the proof up quite a bit: it removes about 2
	pages almost! The mistake was to try to prove too much in the
	monogenic case.

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.
