Unfortunately, just plain using \phantom as suggested by Pieter does
not compile so we have to use extra brackets... which I'm sure will
mean that XyJaX won't parse it correctly... but we will see.

Unify notation \textit{QCoh}

\text{Mor} ---> \Mor

New proof cocontinuous functors give morphisms topoi

	This proof is uses more structure and is shorter too.

Whitespace changes

LaTeX: \Ob

	Introduced a macro

	\def\Ob{\mathop{\rm Ob}\nolimits}

	and replaced any occurence of \text{Ob}( with \Ob(. There are
	still some occurences of \text{Ob} but these are sets, not the
	operator that takes the set of objects of a category.

Fix self-references

	Aaron Abrams pointed out that the graphical representation of
	the logical structure of the chapter on commutative algebra had
	loops. This shouldn't happen. Changing parse.py to look for
	these we found a bunch of them still extant. All of these were
	due to typos and are fixed in this commit.
