Fix snafu in Lemma 02W3

Interestingly the text followin Defn 02W2  cautions the reader
for exactly the problem that was pointed out by Robot79!

Introduced a macro

\def\Ker{\text{Ker}}

and replace all occurrences of \text{Ker} with \Ker

pell check: words starting with n, o, p, q, r, N, O, P, Q, or R

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Renamed fpqc-descent.tex descent.tex
