Locality of sheaves

	Added a new section on glueing of sheaves on a site. This is
	useful when discussing internal hom sheaves. Right now we have
	only addded a simple lemma which garantees that the internal
	hom thingy is a sheaf.

Typos

Split sections in Algebraic Stacks

	Tried to improve the exposition by splitting into small
	sections. Each section has the potential to grow so this
	hopefully makes a bit more sense in the future.

	The section entitled "Stacks" could simply be removed
	altogether.

Algebraic stacks: Deligne-Mumford with trivial inertia is a space

	To prove this for a general algebraic stack we will first prove
	a characterization of a DM stack as an algebraic stack whose
	inertia is formally unramified, or equivalently diagonal is
	formally unramified. Before we do this it makes sense to change
	the notion of unramified as suggested by David Rydh (see
	documentation/todo-list).

	We also added the proof of the statement that the property of
	being an algebraic stack is invariant under equivalences.
