Introduce macros for moduli stacks/spaces

Not sure this is a good idea but at least for the
different versions of Pic it was necessary to more
clearly distinguish especially in statements of
lemmas (bc of the italics that is used there by
LaTeX).

Whitespace changes

LaTeX: \Sch

	Introduced a new macro

	\def\Sch{\textit{Sch}}

	and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

Fix references and tags

	Fix references that had gone astray due to recent reorganization
	of material.

All examples of stacks in one chapter

	Added examples-stacks.tex to the project
	Moved the examples in algebraic.tex to examples-stacks.tex
	Moved the examples in examples.tex to examples-stacks.tex
	Changes Makefiles, scripts, etc.

Added new tags
