LaTeX: \Sch

	Introduced a new macro

	\def\Sch{\textit{Sch}}

and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

More Groupoids: Split out slicing lemmas

We split the argument in the proof of Bootstrap, Lemma Tag 0489
into separated pieces and put them in More on Groupoids. This
will let us recycle those pieces in the (far) future.

Bootstrap: Fix application slicing lemma

This concludes the repair of the fallout coming from the mistake
in the proof of the slicing lemma.

More Groupoids: small changes

Also divided up the material on quotient stacks to get better
	readability.

Groupoids: Put advanced material on groupoids in separated chapter

We will rewrite the technical lemmas, the slicing lemma, and
etale localization lemmas in order to fix errors and for
	clarity.

Groupoids: Error in proof slicing lemma

This causes another lemma in bootstrap to be wrong. The proof
can likely be fixed by adding some hypotheses, but a better
replacement may be found as well.

Bootstrap: Reduce a flat+fp equivalence relation to flat+fp+lqf

The proof seems pretty solid and the exact same proof will later
also work to show the stack associated to a
		flat+fp groupoid with lqf stabilizer
is equivalent to the stack associated to a
		flat+fp+lqf groupoid
I think. But everything in its own good time.
