LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Fix section separation axioms

	Now introduced the terminology "X is DM" which is not the same
	as "X is Deligne-Mumford". This is potentially confusing, but
	will never lead to mathematical errors as we will soon show that
	a DM algebraic stack is exactly the same thing as a
	Deligne-Mumford algebraic stack.

Got rid of distilled

	and replace by quasi-DM. As suggested by Brian Conrad. See

Surjective and quasi-compact morphisms

	Bunch of related small lemmas on surjective and quasi-compact
	morphisms.

More on separation conditions

	Basic lemmas on separation axioms for algebraic stacks.

	Note that some of the results are slightly different from the
	case of algebraic spaces!

	Also introduction of "distilled" morphisms. We may want to
	change this in the future and we have added a footnote to that
	effect.
