Invisible changes

Part of neurotically trying to uniformize use of latex commands in math
mode.

Stop parse.py from complaining too much

LaTeX: get rid of useless brackets

LaTeX: Hom and SheafHom

	Introduced the macros

	\def\Hom{\mathop{\rm Hom}\nolimits}
	\def\SheafHom{\mathop{\mathcal{H}\!{\it om}}\nolimits}

	and replaced all the occurences of \text{Hom} and \textit{Hom}
	with these.

LaTeX: fix colim

	Introduced the macro

	\def\colim{\mathop{\rm colim}\nolimits}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{colim} into \colim.

Tags: Added new tags

Move sections in algebra.tex

	In order to prevent forward references. Also some renames of
	sections and removing references to "this paper" from the
	orginal text by Alex Perry.

	Unfortunately, because of the edits "git diff" does not see
	this as a move of a large amount of text. I should have made
	several commits during the whole provess to make it more
	visible.

Code changes

Cleanup

	Mostly code changes. But also some work is done to remove
	duplicated results and to get the order of lemmas etc correct.

	Still have to move lemma-Mittag-Leffler to the correct spot.
