Added a new macro

\def\Im{\text{Im}}

and replaced all occurrences of \text{Im} by \Im

LaTeX

Introduced a macro

\def\Ker{\text{Ker}}

and replace all occurrences of \text{Ker} with \Ker

LaTeX: Hom and SheafHom

	Introduced the macros

	\def\Hom{\mathop{\rm Hom}\nolimits}
	\def\SheafHom{\mathop{\mathcal{H}\!{\it om}}\nolimits}

	and replaced all the occurences of \text{Hom} and \textit{Hom}
	with these.

Filling in missing material

	In particular, we improved the exposition on finite projective
	dimension and finite global dimension a tiny bit.

Tags: Added new tags

Moving results

	Moved some esoteric results on Mittag-Leffler modules and
	completion into flat.tex apart from a result on lifting
	projective modules which I put into a section on projective
	modules.
