Rework fp property flat + ft graded rings
If R is a ring and S is a finitely generated graded R-algebra
with S_0 finite over R, then flatness of S over R often implies
that S is finitely presented over R. For example this holds if R
is local, which then implies it holds if there exist finitely
many primes in R such that R maps injectively into the product
of its localizations at these primes...
What is mildly interesting is that this condition on R is
slightly weaker than the requirement that R has finitely many
weakly associated primes. We may return to this when we talk to
pure finite type morephisms.
