Artin's lemma for unibranch local rings
OK, I think of lemma-geometrically-unibranch as a lemma due to Artin
from his paper
Etale Coverings of Schemes Over Hensel Rings
but I just found out earlier today that it can also be found in
EGA IV as Proposition 18.8.15.
