Introduced a macro
\def\QCoh{{\textit{QCoh}}}
and replaced almost all occurences of \textit{QCoh} by \QCoh. There are
still some places where we use \textit{QCoh}, namely in the chapter
on examples of stacks. This is because the meaning there is different;
it indicates a category fibred in groupoids over Sch and not the notational
gadget that takes a ringed topos and spits out its category of
quasi-coherent modules.

'pull back' ----> 'pullback'
This is a bit more tricky as we sometimes use the pull in 'pull back' as a verb.

QCoh(X) is Grothendieck for algebraic stacks
The proof is a little rough here and there but certainly correct
modulo typos etc. It seems to me that this kind of argument is a
little bit like the epsilon-delta arguments of analysis: You
clearly can get through, but it would be nice if somebody found
a clever little trick. Similar to the arguments in the chapter
on limits of schemes.
