Characterizing affine algebraic spaces by vanishing of cohomology

	If X is a qc + qs algebraic space and H^1 of any quasi-coherent
	module on X is zero then X is an affine scheme. The hard part of
	the proof is to show that X is separated, since then it follows
	in a rather straightforward way that X is quasi-finite over
	Spec(O(X)) and we can use an earlier result (namely that a qf +
	sep morphism is representable).

	Let me know if there is a much easier way of doing this. Even in
	the Noetherian case it doesn't seem easy to me.
