The Stacks project

63.1 Introduction

These are the notes of the second part of a course on ├ętale cohomology taught by Johan de Jong at Columbia University in the Fall of 2009. The original note takers were Thibaut Pugin, Zachary Maddock and Min Lee. Over time we will add references to background material in the rest of the Stacks project and provide rigorous proofs of all the statements.
