Get rid of \begin{align}

Any equation which is numbered should have a label and this should only
happen for equation environments

Whitespace changes

LaTeX: get rid of useless brackets

LaTeX: center --> $$

LaTeX: Hom and SheafHom

	Introduced the macros

	\def\Hom{\mathop{\rm Hom}\nolimits}
	\def\SheafHom{\mathop{\mathcal{H}\!{\it om}}\nolimits}

	and replaced all the occurences of \text{Hom} and \textit{Hom}
	with these.

Code changes only

	Changes to algebra,tex which have no effect on the produced pdf
	files.

Latex: get rid of some overfull boxes
