Clear modifications

I have fixed typos of mathematical symbols, incorrect reference number, a/an-errors, and missing hyphens.

Tags: Added new tags

\cup -> \bigup

I have replaced some \cup, \cap by \bigcup, \bigcap for consistency and readability.
Also I have added a missing period.

Fix a mistake in proof lemma algebra

LaTeX: uniformize notation

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.
