Fix up lemma in morphisms.tex

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

Morphisms of Spaces: Geometric points

	More precise formulation on how large the algebraically closed
	field k has to be so that X ---> Y is surjective if and only if
	X(k) ---> Y(k) is surjective.
