Move some lemmas and fix statement

	We added a second section on colimits of rings and finitely
	presented algebras. Moved the currently existing related lemmas
	into it.

	One of these lemmas was missing some hypotheses, so we added
	them. We also clarified the proof.

LaTeX: \Spec

	Introduced the macro

	\def\Spec{\mathop{\rm Spec}}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{Spec} into \Spec.

LaTeX: fix colim

	Introduced the macro

	\def\colim{\mathop{\rm colim}\nolimits}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{colim} into \colim.

Flattening stratifications

	Lots of changes. Up to and including the existence of the closed
	stratum of the flattening stratification for a finite type
	scheme over a complete local Noetherian ring.
