A bunch of typos

Thanks to Will Chen who emailed the following list:

1. The first paragraph of chapter 48.4 has some extra words: “Instead we
define them as equivalence classes of morphisms of spectra of fields as
equivalence classes of morphisms from spectra of fields”.

2. The first paragraph of the proof of Lemma 34.35.1 has “Yonea lemma”.

3. In the first page of chapter 77.3, item (6), “The composition … is
given by”. The centered text of the “…” should start w/ S -> S’, not S’
-> S’.

4. In the first line of section 33.9 Change of topologies: “Let f : X ->
Y be a morphism of schemes over a base change S”. “base change” should
be “base”.
5. Also, After the list of morphisms of sites in the same section, “the
underlying continuous functor … is the functor Y’/Y -> X x_Y Y’/Y” The
fiber product should be over X, not Y.

6. Section 30.10 Change of big sites, proof of lemma 33.10.1 should end
with “the constructions in the chapter *are* on sets”

LaTeX: \etale

Introduced the macro

\def\etale{{\acute{e}tale}}

and replaced all occurences of \acute{e}tale by \etale

LaTeX: \Ob

	Introduced a macro

	\def\Ob{\mathop{\rm Ob}\nolimits}

	and replaced any occurence of \text{Ob}( with \Ob(. There are
	still some occurences of \text{Ob} but these are sets, not the
	operator that takes the set of objects of a category.

LaTeX: \Sch

	Introduced a new macro

	\def\Sch{\textit{Sch}}

	and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

Begin translating etale to \'etale or \acute{e}tale (in Math mode).
