Try to use L/K notation for field extensions

We could also try to consistenly use "field extension" and not just
"extension" and consistently use "ring extension", etc.

Just reorganization mostly.

I'd like somebody to provide a proof of the statement that continuous
cohomology a la Tate agrees with the derived functor cohomology for
discrete modules. Please?

LaTeX: \etale

Introduced the macro

\def\etale{{\acute{e}tale}}

and replaced all occurences of \acute{e}tale by \etale

Change of partial universe

There does not seem to be a succint way of saying this.

	We should never refer to a lemma as "previous lemma" but always
	directly refer to the lemma in question...

Etale Cohomology: Lots of edits

	One of the problems is that the coding style is completely
	different and nonuniform. Another is that there is a lot of
	material for which it will not be possible to find proofs
	internally in the stacks project for a long time. Perhaps we
	need to introduce a way of indicating this in the document.

	A better solution is perhaps to add only those parts to the
	actual stacks book published on the web which mesh well with
	the stacks project.
