Fix idiotic mistake

The mistake was to confuse base change with restriction which are two
completely differnt things. There is no fallout from this because it
occurs in a chapter which consists almost entirely out of definitions.

Get rid of list environments

Remove % occurring in middle of a line

Reason: it breaks parsing of the LaTeX in the website

We can later go over these and see if we can cleverly shorten them to
stay within the 80 character limit, or we can teach parse.py about the
exceptions:

Whitespace changes

	Also add the chapter to the project, some fixes in scripts,
