If X ---> Y is a morphism of finite presentation with a section
Y ---> X then the union X^0 of the connected components of
fibres meeting the section is locally constructible in X.

Geometric fibres of morphisms
Starting to write about fibres of finite type morphisms. This
material is not yet ready, but something else came up which has
to be fixed first (see next commit).
