Relative quasi-regular immersions
Only the notions of H_1-regular and quasi-regular immersions
behave well with respect to base change if one doesn't assume
the ambient space is flat over the base. Of course if the
ambient space is flat and of finite presentation over the base
then everything behaves as it should and all 4 notions are
equivalent.
