Introduce macros for moduli stacks/spaces
Not sure this is a good idea but at least for the
different versions of Pic it was necessary to more
clearly distinguish especially in statements of
lemmas (bc of the italics that is used there by
LaTeX).

Finish resolution of surfaces
Decided to split the chapter into two:
(a) for schemes following very closely Artin's write-up
(b) for algebraic spaces, try to reduce everything as
much as possible from the case of schemes...
Is it really not possible to just work with ASs?

Revert "Tags: Added new tags"
This reverts commit 515802d4c5e34f6abc8561c7075500b916a686a4.
Reason: We should never add tags to a development branch!

Two new sections in resolve.tex
-- A section about properties of modifications
-- A section with counter examples to too optimistic guesses
Thanks to Angelo Vistoli for discussions
