Algebraization in principal case

Observe that lemma-approximate-presentation-rig-smooth
combined with lemma-equivalent-with-artin-smooth
shows that a rig-smooth formal scheme becomes
"locally algebraizable" after a blowup of a closed
contained in its reduction.

More fixes of the material on algebraization

Also moved two lemmas on existence of deformations of maps a bit earlier
and generalized them slightly (essentially from the rig-etale case to
the rig-smooth case).

Turn the sections about tft algs into subsections

In the future we should make a chapter containing this material, I
guess.

Elkik's algebraization in general

This large set of changes finally gives a ``good'' proof of Elkik's
algebraization of rig-etale algebras. Note the fun lemma descending
a given deformation through an \'etale map which is an isomorphism
along the non-\'etale locus!

Easier treatment of rig-etale in principal ideal case

Special case of a result of Elkik who treats more generally rig-smooth
ring maps
