Lemma 106.3.5. If $\mathcal{X} \subset \mathcal{X}'$ and $\mathcal{X}' \subset \mathcal{X}''$ are thickenings of algebraic stacks, then so is $\mathcal{X} \subset \mathcal{X}''$.
