	and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

End conversion of etale to \'etale.

Morphisms of Spaces: Uniform latex labels for lemmas

	Only coding changes, except for moving a lemma in
	spaces-descent.tex to its proper place.

Tags: Added new tags

	Also commented obsolete tags corresponding to sections of
	desirables.tex that have been removed.

Morphisms of Spaces: Closed immersions and flat morphisms

	We discuss the equivalence between closed subspaces and
	quasi-coherent ideal sheaves, types of morphisms of schemes
	which are etale local on the source and target, flat morphisms
	of algebraic spaces, and fpqc coverings of algebraic spaces.
