Introduce macros for moduli stacks/spaces

Not sure this is a good idea but at least for the
different versions of Pic it was necessary to more
clearly distinguish especially in statements of
lemmas (bc of the italics that is used there by
LaTeX).

LaTeX: \etale

Introduced the macro

\def\etale{{\acute{e}tale}}

and replaced all occurences of \acute{e}tale by \etale

LaTeX: \Sch

	Introduced a new macro

	\def\Sch{\textit{Sch}}

	and replaced all the occurences of \textit{Sch} with \Sch.

Fixed references to short titles

	using the script we will add in the next commit

Begin translating etale to \'etale or \acute{e}tale (in Math mode).

Etale cohomlogy: Description of H^1(S, \mu_n)

Invertible modules and Picard groups

	Moved material on invertible modules to Modules on Sites
	Rewrote proof of "Hilbert 90"

	Try to be more consistent with notation on cohomology groups
	Compare cohomology on big and small sites
	Invariance under change of partial universe
	Fix proof of theorem cohomology quasi-coherent sheaf
	Restate Hilbert 90
	Add constant group scheme to chapter on groupoids
	Add lemma on change big site to chapter on cohomology on sites
	Fix proof of change big site lemma in chapter on topologies

	Mainly new tags for lemmas/propositions/theorems in the chapter

Etale Cohomology: Added it to the project and more edits

	A solution to the problem mentioned in the previous commit may
	be to add parts of the Chapter as Appendices maybe in a smaller
	font. Still not sure.

Etale Cohomology: Lots of edits

	One of the problems is that the coding style is completely
	different and nonuniform. Another is that there is a lot of
	material for which it will not be possible to find proofs
	internally in the stacks project for a long time. Perhaps we
	need to introduce a way of indicating this in the document.

	A better solution is perhaps to add only those parts to the
	actual stacks book published on the web which mesh well with
	the stacks project.
