Fix a couple of double word mistakes

Introduced the macro

\def\etale{{\acute{e}tale}}

and replaced all occurences of \acute{e}tale by \etale

LaTeX: \Sh

	Introduced the macro

	and replaced all occurences of \textit{Sh} with \Sh.

LaTeX: \Mor

	Introduced a macro

	\def\Mor{\mathop{\rm Mor}\nolimits}

	and replaced all the occurences of \text{Mor} with \Mor.

LaTeX: fix colim

	Introduced the macro

	\def\colim{\mathop{\rm colim}\nolimits}

	and changed all the occurences of \text{colim} into \colim.

Exactness properties p_* where p is a point of a topos

	Fix (almost all) complaints of parse.py

Begin translating etale to \'etale or \acute{e}tale (in Math mode).

Properties of Spaces: A point of X_{etale} is given by a geometric one

Etale Cohomology: Functoriality etale topoi done

	This commit puts in the last bits for the proof that a morphism
	of locally ringed topoi

		(X_{etale}, O_X) ---> (Y_{etale}, O_Y)

	always comes from a morphism of schemes X ---> Y.

	The current proof by glueing is not really that nice since it
	requires a lot of sophistication from the reader. On the other
	hand it is more or less clear that you can do this as soon as
	you start thinking about it, and in fact it is probably the
	proof that a less sophisticated mathematicien (such as me) would
	come up with in the first place. Hah!

Etale Cohomology: Functoriality

	Improved discussion of functoriality of the small etale topos.

Etale cohomology: Refer to general results on stalks

Nonmathematical edits

Etale cohomology: Pushforward along closed immersions

	Finally! Also the version where the morphism is integral and
	universally injective. These sections we added to Etale
	Cohomology are still a bit rough here and there.

Large commit

	Just trying to recover from the brain dead mistakes made over
	the last few weeks. Hopefully most of it is now more or less OK.

Etale Cohomology: Lots of edits

	One of the problems is that the coding style is completely
	different and nonuniform. Another is that there is a lot of
	material for which it will not be possible to find proofs
	internally in the stacks project for a long time. Perhaps we
	need to introduce a way of indicating this in the document.

	A better solution is perhaps to add only those parts to the
	actual stacks book published on the web which mesh well with
	the stacks project.
