Relative representability of finite part
It turns out that our definition of (X/Y)_{fin} is good in the
sense that its diagonal is always representable! This is where
the fact that we are looking at open subspaces pays off. (For
Hilbert schemes this is not as easy to prove.)

Descent on Spaces: Done with fpqc local properties of morphisms
This time we added:
Integral
Finite
Quasi-finite
Syntomic
Smooth
Etale
unramified
Finite locally free
Monomorphism
The only one that is missing is "locally of finite type of
relative dimension d". This would be easy to add, but it seems
wrong to do so without discussing in some detail the notion of
dimension on algebraic spaces (which might be a little tricky do
"correctly" for general algebraic spaces (since specializations
of points already caused some trouble).
