Definition 29.45.1. A morphism f : X \to Y of schemes is called a universal homeomorphism if the base change f' : Y' \times _ Y X \to Y' is a homeomorphism for every morphism Y' \to Y.

Typo: the second word "morphisms" should be singluar.
