Definition 29.45.1. A morphism $f : X \to Y$ of schemes is called a universal homeomorphism if the base change $f' : Y' \times _ Y X \to Y'$ is a homeomorphism for every morphism $Y' \to Y$.

Typo: the second word "morphisms" should be singluar.
