Quasi-coherent modules on lisse-etale
Category of quasi-coherent modules of an algebraic stack is the
same as the category of quasi-coherent modules on the
lisse-etale site of the algebraic stack. This actually clarifies
some of the earlier constructions, although in the proofs we do
rely on our earlier work.

An interesting property of lisse-etale site
Here we see that the restriction of modules from the big etale
site of an algebraic stack to the lisse etale site has a left
adjoint g_!. This left adjoint isn't exact, but it does satisfy
g_!O = O which takes some work to prove.
