Pushouts and algebraic stacks

	Finally! After a long detour we now have the result we wanted,
	namely a very general version of the Rim-Schlessinger condition
	for algebraic stacks.

	In fact, the most general version involves pushouts of algebraic
	spaces and we haven't added that yet. It can be proved in
	exactly the same manner as the current version. However, it
	should be put in a later chapter (because the proof is
	unreadable unless we use the abuse of language introduced in
	properties of algebraic stacks).

	Now we can continue the development of the chapter on Artin's
	axioms. Yeah!
