Lemma 31.9.2. Let $S$ be a scheme. Let $\mathcal{F}$ be a finitely presented $\mathcal{O}_ S$-module. Then $\text{Fit}_ r(\mathcal{F})$ is a quasi-coherent ideal of finite type.
