63.1 Introduction

This chapter is the second in a series of chapter on the étale cohomology of schemes. To read the first chapter, please visit Étale Cohomology, Section 59.1.

The split with the previous chapter is roughly speaking that anything concerning “shriek functors” (cohomology with compact support and its right adjoint) and anything using this material goes into this chapter.

This should be "chapters" in the plural.
