Use the new material

The new material in cohomology.tex and sites-cohomology.tex

Introduced a macro

\def\QCoh{{\textit{QCoh}}}

and replaced almost all occurences of \textit{QCoh} by \QCoh. There are
still some places where we use \textit{QCoh}, namely in the chapter
on examples of stacks. This is because the meaning there is different;
it indicates a category fibred in groupoids over Sch and not the notational
gadget that takes a ringed topos and spits out its category of
quasi-coherent modules.

Unify notation \textit{QCoh}

and replaced all occurences of \acute{e}tale by \etale

move a chapter and rename a chapter

	We moved the chapter "Cohomology of Algebraic Spaces" earlier so
	we can use the results earlier in the treatment of algebraic
	spaces. Also, we finally renamed the chapter "Coherent
	Cohomology" to "Cohomology of Schemes" which is better.

Move parasitic modules material

	From the chapter on adequate modules to the chapter on descent.
	At this point there are no longer any references to the adequate
	modules chapter, so we can move it later...

Stop parse.py from complaining too much

Rf_* for QCoh of qc+qs morphisms of spaces

	OK, so this also works for the unbounded derived categories,
	writing it out requires a bit more work though.

D_{qcoh}(Zariski) = D_{qcoh}(etale)

	Change of small site does not change this derived category.
